Professional Summary
When I first was hired on at the online advertising firm, Zango, it had just went through a massive lay-off. We were a skeleton crew and it was necessary to work cross-functionally. I was routinely in contact with my designers, dev ops and engineers to quickly turn around ad campaigns for my clients. I carried accounts from cold calling leads and legal paperwork to reaching their goals and increasing budgets on to million dollar accounts. Because of this, I maintained and thrive in collaborative environments.
In hospitality, I have worked every aspect, from hostess, busgirl, server, bartender to bookkeeping. Every time an opportunity presented itself to me to have a more robust understanding of the industry, I took it. Because of this, I had first hand insight on how to make other departments' jobs easier. I take this with me still.
My real estate career taught me how to be an entrepreneur, to be resourceful and to thrive in ambiguity. It was of the utmost importance to learn every nuance of the transaction to best serve my clients e.g. I know mortgage/escrow tasks more intimately than other agents. Like hospitality, and real estate, I take the same diligence to learn every aspect of the business and the code to know how to better assist my teams.
